Purewyn is a wholesale matcha supplier operated by Jefe Enterprises Inc. We sell ceremonial grade matcha to cafes, restaurants, and retailers. This policy explains what information we collect from our wholesale customers and prospects, how we use it, and the choices you have.
When you fill out our wholesale inquiry form, request samples, or place a wholesale order, we collect the business information you provide: your name, business name, email address, phone number, shipping address, and details about your business such as expected volume. We also keep records of our communications with you and your order history, so we can serve your account well.
We use your information to respond to your inquiry, send and track samples, process and ship orders, send invoices, provide account support, and follow up about your samples, orders, and account. We do not sell your personal information.
If you provide your phone number through our wholesale inquiry form or when placing an order, you consent to receive conversational business text messages from our sales team about your own samples, orders, and account. Message frequency varies; message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP at any time to opt out, or HELP for assistance.
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent are not shared with any third parties.
We share information only with the service providers required to run our business: payment processing (Stripe), shipping and delivery tracking, email delivery, and text message delivery (Twilio). Each receives only what it needs to perform its function. We do not sell or rent your information to anyone, and we never share your phone number or SMS consent with third parties for their marketing.
You can opt out of text messages by replying STOP to any message. You can unsubscribe from emails using the link in any email or by contacting us. To access, correct, or delete the information we hold about your business, email info@purewyn.com and we will take care of it.
