We chose you because we believe in the quality of your space and the experience you create. Purewyn matcha comes straight from our farm in Shizuoka, Japan, ceremonial grade, first flush, nothing added, nothing changed. What you serve is exactly what we grow. This agreement is just us making sure we're on the same page.
We're intentional about who we bring on in your area. We don't place our product everywhere, we place it with the right people.
The wholesale pricing we've shared with you is confidential. It reflects the relationship we've built and is not to be shared with other businesses or individuals outside your own team. Keep it between us and we'll always take care of you.
Purewyn may be referenced publicly. We only ask that pricing and supplier details remain private.
All orders are prepaid prior to fulfillment. We accept Stripe, Zelle, and ACH. Once payment is confirmed, your order ships within 24 hours.
This agreement is ongoing from the date of signing. Either party can end the partnership with 30 days written notice. If confidentiality is violated, Purewyn may end the agreement immediately.
If any product arrives damaged or defective, we will replace it. Just reach out within 5 business days of receiving the order with photos and we will take care of it from there. We do not offer refunds on wholesale orders, but we stand behind the quality of every bag that leaves our hands.
Chargebacks are taken seriously. If a chargeback is filed against any wholesale invoice, the partnership is automatically terminated and all pending orders will be cancelled immediately. We will also review and dispute any chargeback we believe was filed in error. We expect every partner to contact us directly before taking any payment dispute to their bank. We are always reachable and we will always work it out.
By providing your phone number through our wholesale inquiry form or when placing a wholesale order, you consent to receive text messages from Purewyn related to your samples, orders, and account. These are conversational, business-to-business messages from our sales team, for example sample delivery follow-ups, order and invoice updates, and account check-ins.
Message frequency varies based on your activity with us; typically a few messages per month. Message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier plan. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
